Tolkien Film Festival

In anticipation of the second Hobbit movie release we had some friends over for a big-screen showing of LOTR highlights and the Hobbit part one. Here’s Nate in his Sauron consume.

Thanksgiving

Simple table setting. You CAN eat Thanksgiving Dinner on plastic plates!

 

New and old friends joined us for dinner: Haiyan (a student in Erik’s ESL class), her friend Weiling, and their sons (not pictured: Cortney).

 

Friday we toured the Atlanta Botanical Garden holiday light display…

 

…and rode the new Ferris wheel at Centennial Park.

 

Saturday was the family talent show.
