The Chunker Monker

At Caleb's six month check up the nurse ran through the usual list
of questions. When she asked, "Can he sit up?" I said "Hmmm.
I don't know; we haven't tried!" (such is the life of the
4th child I guess). Oh well. Clearly he can.

Couldn't you just gobble up those fat little arms?!

Ohio Countryside

Over the Labor Day weekend we flew to Ohio to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Erik's grandparents. We took the scenic route from the airport to the hotel and I snapped these pictures for my mom who hails from the Buckeye State.

Covenant Baptism

Caleb was baptized today. Our pastor allowed my dad (also a pastor) to
administer the sacrament as he has with each of the kids. A special day!

(Maria - thanks for the kids' fancy clothes. Meg and Kate did lots of twirling!)

Daddy and Nate Time

Q: What is better than building a really tall block tower with your dad?

Growing

Caleb tried out his "exersaucer" for the first time today.
I think he likes being vertical and having toys within his reach.
Can you tell he is gaining weight? He is really chubby all over--so cute!!
